- Standard Bookings:
- 25% of the rate will be charged if cancellation are done during 7 days and above from the date of arrival.
- 50% of the rate will be charged if cancellation are done during 5-7 days from the date of arrival.
- 75% of the rate will be charged if cancellation are done during 3-5 days from the date of arrival.
- 100% retention, if cancellation are done during 0-3 days from date of arrival.
- No-Show:
- No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
- Early Departure:
- Guests shortening their stay will be charged for the entire reserved period.
- Group Reservations (3 or more rooms):
- Group cancellations must be made at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days will incur a fee equivalent to 90% of the total booking cost.
- Special Periods (Festivals, Holidays, Peak Season):
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows during these periods may be charged 100%.

- Include your reservation details for prompt processing.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) may allow cancellation without penalty, subject to management approval.
